NEW PATTERN + VIDEO: Named after one of my favorite places in the Rocky Mountains, these Breckenridge Boots are my newest free pattern that combines crochet and inexpensive flip flops! Of all my flip flop patterns, I think the construction of these boots will fit the most people and be the easiest to achieve the results you want! Plus, there is an super thorough video tutorial that will take you through the pattern step-by-step. Make and Do Crew readers are seriously the best and I appreciate all the support, pinning and lovely feedback you guys send my way. I really hope this tutorial is helpful and fun for you! Since some readers had trouble playing the Cabin Boots tutorial with four videos embedded on one page, I’m splitting this tutorial into three parts. Part 1 is up on the blog right now and I’ll be sharing Part 2 and 3 this weekend (link in my bio or search “Breckenridge Boots” on MakeAndDoCrew.com). Now go buy some flip flops! ♀️(Mine are from @oldnavy!) This awesome UGG-colored yarn is Wool-Ease Thick & Quick from @lionbrandyarn in “Toffee.”

Every day I come home with bits of twig, leaves, berries, feathers, moss, (you name it!) in my pockets, and I never have anything to put them in – they end up in totes, on tables, in baking tins. So today, as the rain tips down and I have a couple of days breathing space before the next commissions have to be started, i’ve dug out a ball of string, and intend to make myself a berry basket ♡♡♡ . . . #crochet #crochetaddict #ilovecrochet #instacrochet #moderncrochet #molliemakes #craftiversity #craftastherapy #nothingisordinary #flashmystash
