A Pretty Pear Sweater DIY / Oh Joy!

While we’re posting gift guides a plenty right now, I also wanted to share things that you could make for a loved one this holiday season. This DIY could take a bit longer than most of our usual projects depending on how detailed you want to get. However the result is seriously so beautiful and makes an inexpensive sweater look far fancier…like a beautiful vintage find or much pricier version. For someone who would love a completely one-of-a-kind piece to wear, you’ll want to make this stat!

You’ll need…
– sweater (orange, blush, lavender)
– flat back pearls (multi-color, white)
gem glue
bead tweezers

Here’s how…
1. Decide on the general area you want to place the pearls…around the collar, at the pockets, or near the shoulders, for example.
2. Use tweezers to make it easier to pick up the pearls and add a dab of glue onto the back. Then, press the onto sweater and let dry for 1 hour.
