I am pretty sure that we can all agree that there is nothing better on a hot summer day than a bowl of ice cream, and this no churn recipe makes it easier than ever to whip up your own batch. Add in a few broken up strawberry sprinkled pop tarts and my inner kid is smiling ear to ear!

This strawberry pop tart ice cream takes some of my favorite childhood treats (pop tarts, strawberry jam, and sprinkles) and turns them into the perfect bowl of ice cream. You can even use the same mixture to make ice cream popsicles!

Can you say #OMGGETINMYBELLY?! The process is pretty simple and the ingredients are few, so follow along for the full recipe and you will be diving into your own bowl of no churn strawberry pop tart ice cream in no time!

You only need to decide if you want ice cream or popsicles!

No Churn Strawberry Pop-Tart Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 – 8 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 package strawberry flavored toaster pastries (any brand works)
1/2 cup strawberry jam
1/4 cup Multicolored sprinkles
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Begin by mixing your heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Then add 4 crushed up toaster pastries and about 1/4 cup of sprinkles.
For ice cream you will want to pour the mixture into a wax paper or parchment paper lined loaf pan then use spoon to drop dollops of strawberry jam onto the ice cream mixture and slightly swirl it in.
For the popsicles, layer the ice cream mixture and strawberry jam and top with a few more toaster pastry crumbles. Freeze at least 4 hours and then it is ready to serve!
