Re-experiencing Halloween last year after over 2 decades living abroad in parts of the world where it isn’t really celebrated was quite peculiar.

Having been out of the country for so long and adapting to different cultures and customs has definitely made me a stranger in my birth country – even after being back for a year the reverse culture shock is massive, can be quite distressing at times and is definitely a lot scarier than any Halloween  horror!

Here’s a few spooktastic DIYs to get you inspired for the October Refashion Challenge: Another Upcycled Halloween. Be sure to share your creeptastically thrifty projects with my Gone Thrifting group.
